I.e. at once it becomes clear, for what I do it.... What my action (project) conducts me to my strategic target.

It hardly longer to write down all it, but it becomes clear, for what you do it...

Time to think

It is not present, it as though is surprising did not sound., to think, present the purposes, to think of them, to think of the future.

In the morning. Not a variant: eyes have not woken up yet, to sit quietly and not to close an eye - difficult. You will close eyes - you will fall asleep. Morning vanity disturbs - gathering in office, a shower, coffee, to stroke a shirt - all standard procedures concentration of attention do not promote. Conclusion I see:
To take a notebook in bed and to plan before a dream (you write TODO, the purposes, thoughts in a notebook) - are a minus if the thought long has gone cannot fall asleep - as it is at the tip of the tongue.

Есть у наших братьев по разуму на Западе одна чрезвычайно полезная традиция под названием New Year resolutions. Это в меру подробный план-просьба по достижению целей в будущем году. Долгое время я не решался примерить ее на себя, поскольку не очень-то верил в долгосрочное планирование. Но что-то меняется внутри: в этом году я решил попробовать.

Пункты, которые я занес в обычный гугловый документ сильно пересекаются с разделами этого сайта: поставлены цели по здоровью, финансовому состоянию, работе, развитию и отдыху, ждет своего часа раздел «технологии», но он в данном случае, сами понимаете, не является первоочередным.

В написании письма в будущее я лишь зеленый новичок, тогда как есть люди весьма искушенные в создании планов на год. Один из них – Армен Петросян: он пошел гораздо дальше составления простого списка желаний и целей и сделал настоящую карту успеха на основе mind map. Но самое главное: Армен описал главный смысл составления подобных планов: крошечный набор байтов что-то поворачивает в подсознании, ориентирует его достижение поставленных целей. Цитата: «Стоит написать на бумаге желаемое, а потом забыть о нём, оно непременно сбывается.» New Year Resolution как Универсальная Машина Выполнения Желаний – как вам? Самое главное – цели и желания должны идти от души, не быть навязанными рекламой, советом друга или мимолетной прихотью.

Why nobody/anywhere/never dont use calendars? (Outlook, Lotus, Google cal, iCal, Megaplan.... And even in daily logs)

День ПРИНЯТИЯ. Тезисы дня 29 июля 2009

Сегодня один из самых важных дней. Произошел переворот сознания в одном знании. Раньше я это знал, но не следовал. Сегодня одна фраза моего американского друга сломала мне мой стереотип. Даже не знаю, что написать...Надо пережить день и попробовать написать на спокойную голову. Думаю, что этот пост стоит всех предыдущих...

Вы мультик про 4ебурашку и Кр. Гену помните? Где они без плана скворечник делают? "Ничего, Гена - сказал 4ебурашка, Отдохнём и ещё раз переделаем...". :)

Вот у нас всё так. Всегда. С самого рождения...

День ВЗГЛЯДА ВПЕРЕД. Тезисы 28 июля 2009

Вчера не успел, публикую вчерашние мысли сегодня. Вечером еще соберу. Думать приятно.

1. Простота. Цитата из "9-ой роты": "Вот автомат - он красивый, потому что красота - это когда нет ничего лишнего". Артемий Лебедев, Apple, Мегаплан, минимализм... Всё это лично мне кажется очень удобным и красивым, потому что все детали и цвета надоедают рано или поздно...а вот простота - никогда, потому что нечему надоедать. Стили можно долго обсуждать - это вкусовщина, а достаточный и понятный минимализм - сложно обсуждать. Просто пользуйся

2. Iphone. Сегодня наткнулся на статью netbook vs iphone и окончательно удостоверился, что нетбук не нужен. Все можно сделать на айфоне. И парит у нетбука ограниченность (wifi редко где, батарейка 3-4 часа против суток айфона и GPRS Везде (и есть wifi тоже)). Плюс проблемы синхронизации контента нетбука с лэптопом. Удобно. Никогда не думаю, что нужно. Перенес все письма в gmail + иногда синхерю с ноутом музыку, видео, заметки, контакты... macbook air в данном случае просто стал легким домашним ноутом, ибо брать куда-то его вообще необходимости нет. Даже фотки и картинки, youtube и документы показывал на айфоне. Досвидос, нетбук

3. Деньги vs идеи. Странное наблюдение, раньше, когда деньги были дешевле и доступнее - идей не было. Как только настал кризис - идей навалом, зато деньги стали дороже...Тут либо просто повзрослел и стал мозг думать придумывать, либо реально это подсознательно организм помогает найти решения, учитывая внутренних переживаний из-за рисков кризиса

4. Фильмы. Ранее писал, что стал контролировать разговоры (что можно подчерпнуть, какие выводы, т.е. какой-то результат и выводы). Так вот и по фильмам решил их смотреть не только ради фана, но и выводы делать моральные, поведенческие. Моделирование сильных людей тоже полезно, так как в жизни доступ к таким людям ограничен. Думаю станет очень полезным...

5. Мудрость. Заметил, что во многом стал искать мораль, цель, делать выводы по людям, историям, фильмам и книгам...пишу вот этот блог..это мудрость приходит? т.е.

• осознание того, что сделано и оценка этого для будущего,
  
• рассуждаю много(именно не нытье, а мысли и выводы),
  
• слушаю других (именно слышу),
  
• советы даю, которые стали друзьям больше в точку попадают (т.е. именно то, что они хотят услышать)...

...раньше такого не было.. Надеюсь это ценно и не самообман.

6. Инструменты бизнеса. Поражен на сколько можно быть отсталыми в инструментах, не пользоваться почтой, инетом, вести учет на бумаге и иметь рентабельное крупное предприятие с 300 сотрудников..КАК? Мы вон мегаспецы в айтизации, прожекты гантта, таск менеджеры, GTD. А тут учет на А4...Задумался.. Однозначно, что планирование дня не должно быть больше 10 минут.

7. Много всего. Сейчас занимаюсь параллельно всякими разными проектами (основной консалтинговый бизнес + IT (разработка соцсети, регионального портала с папой) + торговля с китаем + наладкой производства одежды + слежу и участвую в ювелирке + помогаю (мало и в основном советами и поддержкой) в стройке второго здания к ТЦ + сериал замутил с друзьями (сами пишем, сами играем, сами смотрим)....Вот много же всего..

Самое главное что все в рамках целей (Строительство=капитализация, IT=перспектива, нематериалка, Entertainment = не стареть, весело, недетерминированность)...Но чего-то все от одновременности двигается медленно...А выбрать и выкинуть не могу. И жаль наработок и жаль договоренностей с друзьями, коллегами, партнерами, заинтересованными... А уйти в новые проекты еще не могу с головой, так как они еще не монетизированы и пока только забирают, а не отдают...Что делать?

8. Неудовлетворенность. Заметил, что много критики у нас инструментов ведения бизнеса. Чего-то одного не хватает и мы сразу начинаем хаить продукт (т.е. не пользуемся)..И вот много такого...В поиске идеального проходит жизнь, но на то, что есть мы не соглашаемся, так как есть ведь лучше, точно должно быть...(Megaplan и гантт, things). В результате вот уже какую неделю не можетм заставить себя организовать задачи по проекту, просто их прописать...Какая-то удобная отговориловка себя нашлась: раз не идеальное - то пользоваться не будем. В резалте ничем не пользуемся. Удивительно.

Отдых нужен

Отдыхать надо это я уяснил на собственном примере. Причем отдыхать так
чтобы ты мог полностью переключиться с работы и мыслей на отдах и
развоечения. Я работал без выходных 2-3 недели и не понимал насколько
я был уставшим. На выходных ездил на природу и отлично провел время
переключаемость стопроцентная дача это круто на природе переключается
внимание на все сто процентов. Сейчас чувствую себя отлично и полон
энтузиазма даже на вещи и на бизнес стал смотреть по другому более
оптимистично. Круто. Выходные должны быть ведь как написано д Библии
даже бог отдыхал на седьмой день. Теперь делаю воскресенье
стопроцентным выходным днем желательно на природе. И как более
понятный пример если ты каждый день будешь качать мышцу ты в
результате ее забьешь и она перестанет расти. Точно также мозгу
обязательно нужен отдых вне зависимости чувствуешь ты д нем силы или
нет.
